Sixty-eight recently rezoned acres in the Braker Valley Subdivision in Northeast Austin will soon be offering new residential homes. Located at 4806 Blue Goose Road, just east of Cameron Road and not far from the Samsung plant, a desirable area to be sure. Ranch Road Development, a well-known real estate development firm, currently focused primarily on Central Texas projects, but with nationwide experience in land acquisition, underwriting, entitlement, development and disposition, is behind the project. The first phase of Braker Valley is expected to break ground soon! When completed, it will offer 211 new home sites and a community with pocket parks, hike & bike trails, as well as fishing ponds.
According to the Austin Board of Realtors, the median sales price of a home in the Austin metro hit $515,000 in July, up 8% from the same month a year prior. However, that was the first time since June 2020 that the year-over-year increase was in the single digits, representing the continuing of a cooling trend as inventory ticks up.
